Will this work for my camera?

This steadycam will work with any device that has a standard tripod mount. However, the inverting bracket only supports cameras that are less than 6-1/2" in hieght. Please view the list on the main page for a list of known compatible and incompatible cameras, or consult your owner's manual to determine if your camera is too large before purchasing. Additionally, I do not recommend using cameras that are heavier than 5lbs with the standard parts included with your kit (again, check your user manual... just because it was expensive doesn't mean it's heavy). Luckily, you can easily add your own modifications to better suit the needs of your camera.
Please do not ask me to speculate on some modifcation that you wish to make or its compatitibility with specific cameras. I simply don't have the resources to try every camera or every scenario to give you a sound answer. My response to nearly all of these questions will be to "use your own judgement" or to "consult your owner manual". People also vary widely in what they consider safe and secure, so my opinion isn't worth very much since it's your camera and it'll depend on how you use the steadycam.

I just sent you a payment, how long will it take to get to me?

Orders are typically sent within 24-48 hours after payment is received or eChecks have cleared. Orders within the continental United States are sent via UPS ground which delivers to most domestic locations within 3-5 days. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. You will get an email with a tracking number when I send it off. If you do not recieve this email within a few business days after placing your order, some other problem may have occured and you may contact me at (info [at] littlegreatideas.com) or call me at 412-271-4223. Orders sent to Hawaii, Alaska, AFOs/FPOs, and other US territories are sent via regular USPS. Delivery to these address typically take 4-7 days, but delays of up to 2 weeks are not uncommon. Unfortunately, USPS does not normally provide tracking information and you will not receive a tracking email from me.

Orders are typically sent within 24-48 hours after payment is received or eChecks have cleared. International orders are sent using United States Postal Service Air Mail Parcel Post which claims 4-7 day delivery time. However, delays of up to 3-4 weeks are not uncommon due to customs and your domestic postal service. Unfortunately, USPS does not provide detailed tracking information. Please select the correct country when placing your order for proper shipping calculation. No, sorry. I used to honor requests for earlier/faster shippment but it suddenly became a lot stress and headache for me to keep track of everything. This would be easy to do if I had a full-time shipping department; but, alas, I do not. So, no rush orders or early shipments.

Paypal will process credit card transactions for me. You can pay me with Paypal even if you don't have an account.

You can't, sorry. I used to accept money orders, but it's a big hassle... largely because it requires me to do all the accouting or payment sent/recieved/ship/delivered manually when otherwise Paypal does all that for me. It's very stressful for me to constantly wonder if I accidently missed an order. Paypal also acts a mutually accessible electronic record for transactions which are important in case a problem occurs with your order.

Sorry. I already try to make these steadycams as cheap as possible and cannot afford to further discount the kits. Since I am based in Pittsburgh, if you are a student attending an academic institution in the area I will offer the option to pick up a steadycam directly from me to save on shipping. If you want to bulk order these, availability will depend on the quantity I have in stock and special shipping preparation.

Unfortunately, these kits are relatively heavy and it costs a lot to send them internationally. These prices are set by the postal service and are not determined by me.
